A. You will not see your cart contents until you log in during the checkout process. After you click into the PayPal login screen, it will then redirect you back into the shopping cart system.

A. Sometimes with credit cards it either is getting rejected by the credit card company because it does not recognize the purchase (mostly international credit card companies). Other times it is a simple case of making a mistake when putting in the card information. Double check all the information and do not use dashes (-) or spaces. If you're still experiencing problems just email us admin@softmozart.com.

A. No. We do not mark up any of the shipping rates. The prices come directly from the United States Postal Service website feed. It's calculated by them.

A. Sign into your account here and click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. From there you will see a section called "Affiliate Statistics". Next to the title click on the link that says "View Details". There you will see the affiliate link.
